Facilitator

Toby Buckle has been developing senior staff and teams in organisations across the UK and internationally for over ten years. 

 

His clients have included Mediacom,National Geographic,The Universities of Sussex and Brighton, Brighton Council, Save The Children, The Platform and The Food Partnership. 

 

Toby also  sits on the steering group for the Brighton Social Enterprise Network and is a board member of the Better Brighton and Hove think tank.

 

Previously Toby spent many highly successful years in senior management positions and combines this hands on experience with advanced facilitation skills to ensure teams develop well.

 

 

Alistair 

Facilitator

Alistair Duncan creates and delivers distinctive, transformative workshops that bring out the best in teams.He specialises in working with groups to bring about awareness and change. 

 

Alistair brings a unique perspective to his expertise as a facilitator marrying thirty years of leadership and training experience in both corporate and community sectors with one of the best NLP educations in the UK and years of facilitating experience.

 

Alistair has worked for many organisations including IBM, American Express, and Royal & Sun Alliance.

 

Alistair also has 15 years leadership and governance experience in the community and voluntary sector.

Miles

Facilitator

Miles Jowett uses his operational experience and psychometric profiling to develop others.

 

He has worked for all sizes of company from multinational corporations to local businesses. He is very familiar with working in the financial services sector, energy and telecoms as well as the leisure industry and public sector. 

 

He is qualified by the BPS in Level A and B psychometric testing and is qualified use MBTI, CPI, Belbin,Strongs Career Inventory,Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), TetraMap

 

Miles has an operational background, spending almost fifteen years working in management in the sales and service arenas.
